Clients remain responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms of engagement of any third-party provider.

Private Healthcare

All medical decisions and services remain exclusively between the client and the relevant qualified healthcare provider.
High-Value Assets
Where applicable, Fornerod Partners may coordinate introductions to specialists relating to high-value assets, including:

- Precious metals
- Other significant assets
Unless expressly agreed otherwise and legally permitted, Fornerod Partners does not act as a dealer, broker, auction house, escrow agent, custodian, valuer, or regulated intermediary.
Authentication, provenance, valuation, ownership verification, financing, insurance, taxation, regulatory compliance, and transaction execution remain the responsibility of the relevant specialists, counterparties, and client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information relevant to their project.Clients remain responsible for:
- Their final business, investment, and personal decisions
- Obtaining appropriate professional advice
- Reviewing documents before signing
- Conducting appropriate due diligence
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Verification of counterparties and investments
- Providing information and documentation required for compliance or KYC/AML purposes
- Assessing the suitability of third-party services
Fornerod Partners may decline, suspend, or terminate an engagement where required information is not provided or where legal, regulatory, reputational, compliance, or other legitimate concerns arise.
Fees and Third-Party Costs
Fees payable to Fornerod Partners will be agreed separately according to the nature and scope of each engagement.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, fees charged by lawyers, tax advisors, banks, fiduciaries, immigration specialists, real estate professionals, healthcare providers, consultants, and other third parties are separate from fees payable to Fornerod Partners.
Any specific referral fees, commissions, or other compensation arrangements relevant to an engagement should be disclosed where required by applicable law or professional obligations.
Confidentiality
Fornerod Partners handles client communications and information with discretion and reasonable confidentiality.Information may be shared with third-party specialists where reasonably necessary to evaluate or coordinate a client's project and, where appropriate, with the client's knowledge or authorisation.
Electronic communications, website forms, and third-party communication channels cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. Clients should avoid transmitting highly sensitive information until appropriate communication and engagement procedures have been established.
Separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements may be entered into where appropriate.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Cross-border projects depend on numerous factors outside the control of Fornerod Partners, including regulatory authorities, financial institutions, professional advisors, counterparties, market conditions, availability, and changes in law or policy.
Fornerod Partners therefore does not guarantee any specific commercial, investment, immigration, banking, regulatory, transactional, or other outcome.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FORNEROD SA and Fornerod Partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or commercial losses arising from or relating to:
